Orange, almond milk, almond flakes, fresh tumeric, carrot, cinnamon and dates.
Some almond flakes can be blended in also . .
taste like raw carrot cake in a more liquid form.
Raw Carrots are contributed many healing / – ´medicinal ´attributes.
Creamy Spinach Coconut Drink.
Fresh organic spinach leaves, coconut milk, dates, filtered/cleansed water.
Note that coconutmilk and coconut cream are not the same, one thinner one thicker.
Coconut cream btw is great to make whipcream of, refridgerate a couple of hours before whipping.
Advicable to soak dates 5-10 minutes in water before use.
Highly recommended for Alternative Refreshing version, add some Blueberries.
Ekstra nourish adds besides Blueberry for a Power – Smoothie can include coldpressed
virgin olive oil and raw cacao powder high anti oxidants . Raw cacao powder mineral
content include magnesium, iron, calsium potassium, sodium, copper, phosphorus.
And aditionally can be added eg adaptogenic or superfood herbs, powders, mineral
essence etc. Like this . .
So all in all Organic Power – Smoothie ; Fresh spinach leaves, blueberries,
coconut milk, dates, filtered/cleansed water, coldpressed virgin olive oil &
raw cacao powder. I used organic frozen blueberries in this, otherwise
I recommend fresh organic or wild crafted.

Raw Organic Cacao Butter, good source of antioxiadants and essential fatty acids , the raw version I have here tastes sligtly like white
chokolate. Can be eaten just like it is, blended in smoothies, raw cakes or added in warmed drinks eg. raw cakaopowder+ coconutmilk + water
+ raw cacao butter. Coffee + almondmilk + raw cacao butter + a little raw cacaopowder or cinnamon sprinkled on top. Or in warmed
almondmilk chai, lattes etc.
Raw organic cacao butter can also be used directly on the skin for skin care, or nourishing hair oil.
High Antioxidant Cold Latte Drink with Soothing Almond Milk.
Organic ; Almond Milk & Raw Acai Powder ( freeze dried ) .
Lush Acai Berry good berry source of vitamins, minerals,
essential fatty and essential amino acids.
Pr 100 gram Acai Berry 40g is fat. Healthy fat, like coldpressed Virgin Olive
Oil which also is high in antioxidants.
The taste of fresh Pommegranate Juice or fresh Granat Apple is very exquisite
or ´elixiric ´. , it can have great health benefits too.
Every little Pommegranate Aril looks like a Sacred Gemstone, like a little
precious Ruby . . .
Coconutmilk Golden Fig Latte with Tumeric.
Rich nourishment of coconutmilk, golden figs and fresh tumeric.
This one is cold, to keep the nutrients at raw level, the ingreedients blended together.
I used raw dried organic golden figs in this latte, very soft, sweet and creamy inside, if using dried
figs for juice, deeserts, raw cakes etc, can be a good idea to soak them in water a few minutes before.
Plain with just warmed water,
fresh tumeric and
And some raw dried golden figs on the side . . . theres someting about tumeric ( latte ) and figs together.
Olive Juice ;
Nourishing Juice with Cucumber, Tomato, Kalamata Olives, filtered / cleansed Water and
Acai Berry Powder freeze dried.
Cucumber, tomato, olive, acai berry are like certain other fruits and veggies ´gifts´ that
the plant and tree give by them self, which to me is ideal, maintaing the plant as whole.
Simple Green Cucumber Juice or smoothies ;
Cucumber, green pepper, lemon, pear (or green apple), water. And eg ginger.
Cucumber, celery, lemon, pear ( or green apple ), water. Optional spinach.
Cucumber, Celery, Grapefruit.
Red and hydrating ; Cucumber and Watermelon juice. and eg coconut water.
Soft Sweetly Green ;
Pear, broadleaf parsley and green pepperfruit.
Nourishing Creamy Green ; Advocado, pear, broadleaf parsley, green
Optional add fresh spinach leaves or superfood
organic green raw powders.
Another healthy ´Olive Juice´ or smoothie is ;
Carrots, filtered /cleansed water, a pinch of pink himalaya salt, a little
coldpressed virgin olive oil, a few kalamata olives and some raw acai powder.
I added the acai here after the blending of the other ingreedients, to keep its
texture and color sperate in the photo . .
Besides Acai other healthy ´dark berries´, great to mix with almond milk,
coconut milk or other plant milk is Blueberry, and Black Berry.
Sweet Cherries equally so . . . also for raw icecream.
Blueberry go very well as an ekstra alternative add in ´the creamy spinach
coconutmilk drink´. Blueberry mix blend well also with advocado, spinach,
banana, coldpressed virgin olive oil, dates, almondmilk /- plantmilk or water
or both for a nourishing smoothie cream.
Nourishing Advocado Blueberry Cream ;
dates, blueberry, fresh spinach leaves. Optional ; a little raw cacao powder, a very
little pinch of pink himalaya salt.
Sweet Cherry Juice – of Wild Cherries
´Healthy organic nourishing Plantmilk Shakes ´
Nice Strawberry Plantmilk Shake ;
Strawberry, dates, coconut milk .
For a cooling version, freeze the strawberries a little while before use.
Optional can be added a little raw cacao powder, for a choko-strawberry flavour.
Blackberries Wild harvested.
Blackberry Plantmilk Shake ; Blackberry, dates, coconutmilk.
Optional ; A pinch of cinnamon.
Besides being a healthy nutrient berry, Blackberry and Blackberry Natural Organic
Pure Essential Oil also have a lovely healing scent, for aroma therapy oil burning or for
a natural attar mist made with cleansed water and a few drops essential oil in a little
glassbottle with spray.
Blackberry Seed Oil, is a great oil as well, for skin and hair, with several healing aids
Advocado, Pistachio Nuts, Banana, Spinach, Coconut Milk.
Cooling version : freeze the banana pieces before blend.

freeze after blend, keep the
pinch of himalaya salt and leave out the spinach . . .
Date Shakes and Easy ´Healthy´ Salted Caramel.
Dates are a good fruit source of calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium,
zinc and potassium.
Nourishing High Energy Shake ; Dates ( organic soaked Medjool Dates in this ),
Optional ; a pinch of cinnamon, for thinner version
add some cleansed water as well.
If added Carrots with the Cinnamon ; it is like
´liquid healthy raw carrot cake ´.
For ´Healthy´ Salted Caramel ;
Soaked Dates, (medjool or other organic), Coconut Cream ( thicker than coconut milk )
and a little pink himalaya salt. Then place in freezer for more firmness
Regarding plantmilks ; replace with plant, nut, seed milk after choice,
recommended to make at home with a nut milk bag.
Also an organic nut milk bag can be used for juicing ; filtering the smoothie
I love liquid nourishment partly because of ´the direct immediate absorption´,
however eating like ´yogi´ or just healthy, food should be masticated until it
melts away in the mouth. Nourishment is on one level about aborbation, like
absorbation of solar prana.
I dont have very much fruit in my plantbased diet, sparesome, (except cucumber,
tomato and advocado fruit ) I think too much sweet and glucose, but I do advocate
natural fruit for sweetness, ´cleansing effect´ and whatever nutritional value it
has, as opposed to ´processed sugar items of various kinds and white sugar
addings ´ .
As Energy source I feel better burning healthy raw plant fats than sugar/glucose, e.g
like coldpressed virgin Olive oil, Advocado, Macadamia nut, Coconut oil, Acai Berry
has a high amount of good plantfatty acids as weel etc. And the energy of green juices.
